Part 2 of a three-part series on Social Emotional Learning for students with atypical social skills. Each session is different and will address social cognition and communication strategies designed for students with an average IQ of 70 or Higher. They are presented in the order in which we typically teach them, but you are invited to attend as many as you prefer.
Part 2 includes using our observation skills to read the room and determine the expectation of self and others, and a problem-solving strategy that will help us match our reactions to the level of the problem.
