Body Scan to Reduce Stress

Are you feeling stressed or anxious about work? Do you leave school with tense muscles in your face, shoulders, and lower back? Let us teach you how to do a self-body scan to pinpoint where you are hanging onto the stress in your body and give you a way to reduce it using only your mind and breathing. This will be an interactive session where you will actually try the technique on yourself. (You will get down on the floor so dress appropriately) It would be a great way to end your professional development day!
